We are looking for an International Key Account Manager, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management
- Own and lead the international key account strategy aligned with PPF’s global commercial objectives
- Develop and execute tailored sales plans and product concepts for international and local buying teams
- Manage annual negotiations, pricing, promotional planning, and innovation presentations at HQ level
- Business Development & Profitability
- Full P&L responsibility (NSV, NSV/ton, CM, CM/ton) for the assigned account
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and product innovations
- Formulate and deliver business plans in terms of volume, turnover, and margin
- Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for international and local entities
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution
- Lead internal project teams to deliver account-specific initiatives
- Market & Performance Analysis
- Conduct regular market, consumer, and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports and recommendations

You are the right fit, if you have
- University or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years in FMCG sales, with proven success in managing international key accounts, preferably in discount retail or similar channels
- Private Label Expertise: Strong understanding of private label dynamics and retail structures
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI and financial reporting
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects across borders
