We are looking for an IKA Client Coordinator colleague, who would like to be part of our family-like international team.

You will be responsible for

  • Learn and understand actual portfolio of private label and branded products listed to the managed client
  • Learn and understand Specification database of the client
  • Learn and understand Logistic solutions of the client
  • Support the smooth daily operations for our clients
  • Contribute to product development and implementation projects
  • Manage client-related contract database
  • Organize product samples
  • Contribute to article listing process
  • Fill the client listing documents (quality, logistic, packaging)
  • Fill the client’s customer portals and / or related database
  • Creating ad-hoc requested internal or external data base (xls)
  • Ad-hoc English to German translation

You are the right fit, if you have

  • College or University degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience in administration
  • Project implementation experience
  • FMCG background
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Good German knowledge in written is MUST
  • Very detailed, structured, precise
  • Can work on her/his own and dig out the information,
  • Helpful, result oriented, open, loyal
  • Ready to work as a strong back-office support and handle monotony
  • Able to handle short deadlines
