We are looking for an IKA Client Coordinator colleague, who would like to be part of our family-like international team.
You will be responsible for
- Learn and understand actual portfolio of private label and branded products listed to the managed client
- Learn and understand Specification database of the client
- Learn and understand Logistic solutions of the client
- Support the smooth daily operations for our clients
- Contribute to product development and implementation projects
- Manage client-related contract database
- Organize product samples
- Contribute to article listing process
- Fill the client listing documents (quality, logistic, packaging)
- Fill the client’s customer portals and / or related database
- Creating ad-hoc requested internal or external data base (xls)
- Ad-hoc English to German translation
You are the right fit, if you have
- College or University degree
- 2-3 years of work experience in administration
- Project implementation experience
- FMCG background
- Fluent English knowledge
- Good German knowledge in written is MUST
- Very detailed, structured, precise
- Can work on her/his own and dig out the information,
- Helpful, result oriented, open, loyal
- Ready to work as a strong back-office support and handle monotony
- Able to handle short deadlines
