Creating a workplace where diversity is valued and inclusion is embedded across all aspects of our organisation. We are committed to fostering an environment in which every colleague feels respected, appreciated, and accepted, regardless of background, identity, or lived experience.

We recognise that diversity goes beyond representation alone; it is about building a culture of belonging where different perspectives are actively welcomed and treated equitably. To support this, we are committed to implementing inclusive policies, practices, and behaviours at every level of the organisation, ensuring that all employees can be themselves at work and are free from bias, discrimination, or barriers to opportunity.

By embedding equity and inclusion into how we work, we aim to create a fair and supportive environment that enables individuals to contribute fully, supports collaboration, and strengthens our organisation through a diversity of ideas, experiences, and viewpoints.

Targets:

We are committed to:

  • Reaching employee engagement levels of 75% by the end of 2025.

By prioritising safe working practices and wellbeing initiatives, we aim to create an environment where our colleagues feel protected, supported, and able to thrive.

Spreading Safety Culture

As part of our commitment to the PETS strategy, PPF strives to embed a safety culture across all our operations. Recognising the importance of health and safety in our workplace and daily lives, in 2023, to further engage our team members and their families in our safety mission, we organised a safety drawing contest, which proved to be a remarkable success.

The contest was open to all PPF employees and their children - we were thrilled to receive an impressive 135 drawings from the kids. This not only highlighted the importance of health and safety but also fostered a shared responsibility among our employees and their families.

The photos of the children in safety equipment and their drawings are now being used to create campaign posters, further promoting safety awareness within our organisation, and serving as a reminder of the vital importance of health and safety practices.

Supporting the continuous growth and development of our people is a core priority for us. We are committed to creating an environment that encourages learning, skills development, and long-term career progression, enabling our colleagues to reach their full potential.

Through targeted training, development programmes, and opportunities for professional growth, we aim to strengthen individual capabilities and build a resilient, future-ready workforce.

By investing in talent development, we support both personal advancement and the long-term success and adaptability of our organisation.

Respect for human rights is a fundamental principle of our operations and business relationships. We are committed to upholding internationally recognised human rights standards and ensuring that our activities are conducted in a manner that protects the dignity, safety, and rights of all individuals.

This commitment extends across our own operations and throughout our value chain. We strive to prevent human rights abuses, promote fair and ethical working conditions, and address potential risks through responsible policies, due diligence processes, and ongoing monitoring.

By embedding respect for human rights into how we work, we aim to contribute to a more just, inclusive, and responsible business environment.
