At PPF we are highly committed to conducting our business with honesty and integrity. We guide and expect all employees, as well as suppliers, to maintain a high standard of conduct according to our policies and procedures. However, such occurrences cannot be ruled out as all organisations face the potential risk of possible wrongdoings and misconduct from time to time, or of unknowingly harbouring illegal or unethical conduct.
What is
whistleblowing?
The whistleblowing mechanism in PPF helps facilitate the reporting of possible improper, unethical, or illegal conduct. The mechanism is available to all colleagues, as well as clients, contractors, suppliers and others in business relationships with any company within the PPF Group.
You can report wrongdoings through either a physical box (within the current idea box system to ensure confidentiality), via email compliance@ppfeurope.com or through the Whistleblowing Online System.
What concerns can
be reported?
Any type of concern can be raised. In order to facilitate the reporting itself, you can raise any of the following:
- Bribery and corruption, fraud, anti-competitive/anti-trust practices
- Business integrity
- Conflict of interest
- Discrimination, equal opportunities
- Unethical behaviour, harassment
- Environment, Health & Safety
- Data processing and Information security
- Human rights
- Child labour, Forced labour, human trafficking
- Other

Confidentiality
All reports are treated confidentially in compliance with the EU data protection framework. We protect personal data and ensure appropriate protection for both the reporting party (the whistleblower) and the accused party.
