We are looking for an Adoption and Learning Lead who would like to be part of our international team.

Duties and responsibilities

The Adoption and Learning Lead is identifying, planning, and leading organisational transition management initiatives during a major business transformation program. This role leads a team of 2 FTEs focused on communication and training and plays a central role in ensuring employees successfully adopt new ways of working. Using the ADKAR framework, the Manager drives people-centric change, fostering awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement throughout the organisation. Contribute to the development, operation, and improvement of our PETS strategy.

Change Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organizational change strategy aligned to the overall transformation roadmap.
  • Champion the ADKAR change model across the organization and embed it within project delivery practices.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate people-side risks and resistance to change.

Transition Management

  • Conduct global change impact assessments to understand local business implications, including people, process, systems, and capability.
  • Develop and execute actionable transition plans that reflect varying market maturity, regulatory environments, and workforce cultures.
  • Coordinate closely with program managers and HRBPs to align transformation activities with operational timelines.
  • Monitor change readiness and stakeholder engagement throughout program phases.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and coach a team of two FTEs responsible for (a) Communications and (b) Training & Travel.
  • Oversee the development of multilingual, culturally relevant training and communication materials.
  • Ensure team alignment with global program priorities and local execution plans.
  • Lead the design and implementation of training and capability-building initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders, business units, HR, and program managers to ensure alignment of change activities.
  • Establish and maintain a global change agent network and local ambassadors to support local adoption.
  • Provide expert guidance on effective change practices and stakeholder engagement.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics and track progress against change adoption KPIs (e.g., engagement, awareness, proficiency).
  • Use feedback loops, pulse checks, and data analytics to inform adjustments to the change strategy.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to the development of internal change capability.
  • Continuously improve change tools and processes based on lessons learned and feedback.

Directing Team Support and Effectiveness

  • Ensuring effective onboarding and training of the program team itself.
  • Overseeing efficient team events and travel plans.
  • Ensuring effective team working space and environment

You are the right fit, if you have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field;
  • 5–8+ years of experience in leading organisational change within complex, multinational FMCG environments.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change initiatives within large-scale transformation programs;
  • Formal certification in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) required;
  • Demonstrated success managing people-side change in global transformations (e.g., operating model, ERP rollouts, shared services);
  • Familiarity with matrixed organisations and multi-market dynamics;
  • Experience managing a team and delivering communication and training programs;
  • Strong understanding of organisational development, culture, and behavioural change;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills;
  • Ability to influence at all levels and navigate complex organisational structures.

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG undergoing digital or operating model transformation;
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery environments;
  • Exposure to ERP, digital platforms, or systems implementations (if applicable).
