We are looking for a Junior Commercial & Corporate Counsel, who would like to be part of our international team.

Duties and responsabilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Providing practical legal advice to commercial and corporate functions
- Identifying legal risks and supporting business-focused solutions
- Supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
- Advising on consumer protection, competition law, data protection and related matters
- Assisting with dispute management and external counsel coordination
- Supporting corporate governance and company secretarial activities
- Maintaining legal documentation, templates and internal policies
- Participating in business projects and strategic initiatives
- Promoting legal awareness and a culture of compliance across the organization.
You are the right fit if you have
- Law degree (LL.B., JD, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract law principles
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, practical and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
