We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst & Reporting Expert, who would like to be part of our international team.

The Supply Chain Business Analyst & Reporting Expert is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing key supply chain metrics and reports.

Duties and responsabilities

This cross-functional role involves close collaboration with Sales, PDM, Customer Service, Category Supply and Demand Planners, and external partners. It ensures market needs are translated into accurate demand plans aligned with category guidance.

Core Responsibilities

Data collection and analysis

  • Gather & compile data from various sources within the Supply Chain
  • Identify and highlight Gaps in data flow and initiate corrective countermeasures
  • Ensure accuracy & consistency of data used in reporting and take counteracting actions in case of deviations
  • Support the integration of other departments into E2E process (procurement,.. etc.)

KPI harmonization

  • Build an overview of current KPIs used in SC and identify discrepancies in different reports
  • Support KPI harmonization project with in-depth knowledge of KPI structure and components
  • Contribute to the one-number concept in the reporting structure

 Report Development

  • Develop and maintain a suite of regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations for (but not limited to)
  • IBP meetings
  • S&DS meetings
  • Operations report/review
  • Market Performance meetings
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner
  • Participation in projects for development, implementation & roll-out of Business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Development of requirements for automated & cross-functional dashboard creation in Business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Key-user and contact person for any user questions with regards to dashboards & visualizations in Business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Customize, design and maintain reports and dashboards in Business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI)

Performance monitoring

  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics such as inventory levels, OTIF, forecast accuracy, production compliance, …
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve supply chain efficiency for various SC meetings (IBP, S&DS, …)

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with supply chain, procurement, IT and other related departments to understand reporting requirements
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Implement and track the impact of improvements within the supply chain.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and reporting and incorporate into PPF’s processes & systems.

You are the right fit if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc), preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, QlikView)
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage
