We are looking for a Marketing Manager colleague, who would like to be part of our family-like international team
You will be responsible for
- Responsible for the marketing and trade marketing activities in the region, focusing on Romania with strong cooperation of the Romanian KAM team
- Prepare launch plans for the assigned brands based on local consumer and market diagnoses
- Prepare compelling brand trade story to support listings
- Engage retail customers behind the vision, brand strategy and NPDs with close cooperation of the sales team
- Implement the annual activation plan including media (mainly TV, digital and social media campaigns),
- Localize TV and digital assets from lead country
- Organize tailor made promotions with local agency to support sell in/build distribution
- Develop distribution strategy for the owned portfolio for excellent sales execution
- Define recommended retail standard and promo price* for own portfolio (pricing strategy)
- Monitor performance vs the defined sell in (Volume, Net sales revenue, EBITDA) and sell out KPIs (Market Share, Distribution, Price) with a constant overview of competitor activities and performance
- Recommend actions based on the learnings during the year/following year to ensure further category and brand growth
- Yearly budget planning and monitoring spend
You are the right fit, if you have
- At least BA degree in economics, communication or marketing
- At least 7-10 years relevant professional experience in the field of marketing or trade marketing
- Minimum 5 years spent in FMCG sector already as a brand or trade marketing manager or above
- Experience with launching nationwide FMCG brand before
- Experienced in presenting to retail customers
- Having worked in close cooperation with sales (e.g. on distribution building)
- Able to negotiate and confident English language skills
- Gained experience managing 3rd parties
- High level of MS Office knowledge
