Goal of the position
As a (Junior) Quality Employee, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality and food safety. You work closely with the QA manager and contribute to the implementation and optimisation of quality standards. You perform checks, analyse problems and take corrective and preventive measures. You are also involved in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
You will be responsible for
• Monitor process parameters and daily review of products.
• Minimize complaints and internal blockages through compliance with procedures and controls.
• Perform problem analyses and internal audits.
• Implement and optimize quality standards in consultation with the QA manager.
• Ensure that employees, hired staff and visitors comply with legal guidelines and quality standards.
You are the right fit, if you have
• Completed MBO+ education in Processing/Technology/
Hygiene/Food or similar through work experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Good command of quality standards.
• Experience in a quality control department within the food industry is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and accuracy.
• Communication skills in both Dutch and English.
