We are looking for a Quality Customer Support Specialist colleague, who would like to be a part of our family-like international team
You will be responsible for
• Supporting PPF business and premiumization strategy by promoting a customer-oriented quality culture in the organization
• Execute dedicated customer quality related tasks in close collaboration with commercial, customer service and plant QA departments
• Being PPF quality contact for specific customers / markets
• Participate on kick-off and project meetings supporting launch of new products in case of specific customers/markets
• Update and maintain customer quality requirements database
• First contact to fill customer documents, questionnaires, audit documents from HQ QA side
• Support commercial teams by proper and on time data input to customers’ website for specific customers
• Provide data collection and analysis, reports as part of customer quality meeting preparation
• Being daily contact for Customer Service teams in reference complaints and complaint database
• Review new complaints on daily basis, give feedback and align with Customer Service team members/plant QAMs in order to ensure proper claim data management
• Prepare ad-hoc customer quality related analysis, documents
You are the right fit, if you have
• University degree (preferably in quality management, food & agricultural sciences, food processing)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality assurance or customer support area (preferably in food/feed industry)
• Working independently
• Customer oriented mindset
• Excellent analytical skills
• Building relationships in cross-functional and countries teams
• Perfect communication skills, also in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
• Analytical mindset
