We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who would like to be part of our international team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify critical skill gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a desirable workplace.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline in an organization fashion.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the recruitment process and the candidate experience

You are the right fit, if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within an RPO or in-house/corporate environment
  • Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels, including social media campaigns and direct outreach, associations, networking, alumni associations, specialized career sites
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for innovative HR/Recruiting solutions and process improvement
  • Ability to energize and build rapport internally and externally
  • Good influencing skills
  • Fluent in English
