We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify critical skill gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a desirable workplace.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline in an organization fashion.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Identify opportunities for improving the recruitment process and the candidate experience
You are the right fit, if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within an RPO or in-house/corporate environment
- Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels, including social media campaigns and direct outreach, associations, networking, alumni associations, specialized career sites
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Passion for innovative HR/Recruiting solutions and process improvement
- Ability to energize and build rapport internally and externally
- Good influencing skills
- Fluent in English
