We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Manager who will play a key role in driving supply chain governance, performance visibility, and executive decision-making across our international organization.

Duties and responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the Supply & Demand Synchronization (S&DS) governance framework across central and local market organizations
- Drive consistent execution of S&DS processes, integrating Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Customer Service topics
- Identify, challenge, and escalate supply-demand imbalances, inventory risks, service risks, and capacity constraints
- Coordinate and prepare Executive S&DS meetings, consolidating inputs from markets and central functions into clear executive-level insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain supply chain performance governance, KPI standards, and reporting frameworks across markets and functions
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators, identify trends and root causes, and support corrective action implementation
- Lead Customer Service Excellence initiatives, including OTIF governance, root-cause reporting standards, and service performance visibility
- Prepare management presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support materials for senior leadership
- Build strong relationships across markets and central functions, facilitating alignment and driving accountability
- Support leadership teams through structured risk escalation, performance transparency, and fact-based decision-making
You are the right fit, if you have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, IBP, S&OP, S&OE, or Performance Management
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Customer Service, and OTIF performance drivers
- Experience with IBP, S&OP, S&OE, or similar planning and governance processes
- Proven track record in supply chain governance, performance management, executive reporting, or cross-functional process coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Kinaxis Maestro, or similar reporting solutions is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively collaborate across functions and markets
- Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a complex international environment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
