We are looking for an Operations Controller, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Full support of manufacturing, material, and operations controlling processes
- Analysis, control, and reporting of material and production costs
- Preparation of operational and manufacturing reports to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring alignment between budgets, forecasts, and actual results
- Preparation of factory scorecards and other management reports
- Monitoring CAPEX spending and coordinating related processes
- Supporting working capital improvement initiatives
- Planning production and scrap costs, maintaining and managing BOMs
- Coordinating budgets related to procurement, production costs, warehousing, and rebates
- Preparing FTE reports
- Ensuring proper measurement and reporting of scrap, maintenance, and utility costs
- Reviewing fixed and variable cost allocation principles and monitoring their implementation
- Regular review of plant performance reporting guidelines
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and developing improvement proposals
- Supporting operational and finance-related projects
- Conducting post-evaluation of CAPEX projects
- Close cooperation with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams.
You are the right fit, if you have
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in plant controlling
- Strong background in manufacturing and/or FMCG environment
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- ERP system knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Process improvement and implementation mindset
- Reliable, precise, proactive, and result-oriented personality
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
