We are looking for a Logistics Manager, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsabilities
- Operational management and supervision of the internal processes of production planning, purchasing, inventory management and warehouse management
- Manage local transportation processes (RM, PM) and optimize plant inventory levels
- Ensure timely availability of raw and pack materials
- Effective management of the logistics department
- Process improvement within his/her area
- Participation in new projects, coordination and implementation of improvements in the logistics field
- Control of contractual agreed price levels
- Permanent tracking of coverage vs inventory both in quantities and value
- Efficiently manage supplier quality complaints, getting fast return/replacement/compensation of non-quality RM& PM
- Actively liaising and cooperation with partner departments, directorates and external partners
- Keeping abreast of legislative changes, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Following up the related regulations
- Preparation and presentation of statistics, reports and reports to management
- Responsible for driving and continuously improving employee engagement within the logistics team, in line with defined annual engagement targets.
You are the right fit if you have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- People management experience
- Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management knowledge and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Strong ERP system knowledge
- High level of English
- Excellent influencing skills
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Can do attitude at operational level
- Good at stake holder management
- Ability to communicate at all level of organization
- Organization skill
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
