We are looking for a Market Inventory Coordinator, who would like to be part of our international team.
The Market Inventory coordinator is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day inventory management covering finished stock aiming to minimize demand at risk.
Acts as the single point of contact for stock availability in the market and proactively addresses and resolves operational challenges related to replenishment, follow up on resolving blocked stock, aging stock, and other inventory-related matters.
This position reports to the Market Operations Manager.
Duties and responsabilities
1. Day-to-day inventory management
- Ensure market finished goods availability by:
- Monitoring of stock levels, production schedules/actuals, orders and forecasts.
- Taking proactive actions to mitigate out-of-stock (OOS) risks, such as triggering warehouse movements, proposing demand plan adjustments, and modifying orders.
- Creating purchase orders (POs) to initiate intercompany shipments and move stock to appropriate warehouses.
- Ensures seamless phase in – phase out in case of new/replaced items (specifically for hard change overs).
- Follow up with CS on short-term quota allocation of shared/branded based on agreed prioritization rules in case of constraints.
- Works closely with supply planners, demand planners, sales teams, transport/warehousing and customer service to avoid and resolve product availability issues.
- Plays critical role in the daily S&DS process, providing stock exceptions, addressing any potential issues and propose mitigations.
2. Support continuous improvement and decision-making:
- Contribute to the quarterly evaluation and adjustment of the market inventory strategy under the leadership of the Market Operations Manager and GM.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes to enhance stock availability, warehouse efficiency, and overall operational performance.
You are the right fit if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, product supply, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and supply data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with RapidResponse is an advantage
- Ability to identify root causes of supply or availability issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborative mindset with strong customer focus
- Solid planning, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
