We are looking for a Product Manager, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring project planning and project timelines and identifying critical paths and develop backup plans
- Actively manage and co-ordinate all cross-category and cross-country activities required to launch new products or re-launch / change of existing products to specific levels of time.
- Guide customer through the process of packaging artwork preparation, correcting the artworks
- Coordination of packaging preparation process with printing house from the moment of providing to printing house the open data to coordinating the packaging availability to produce finish goods
- Direct argumentation with customers
- Daily contact with the packaging suppliers
- Overall project leadership, daily communication with all internal stakeholders (other departments, factories).
- Identify critical paths and possible derailers as early as possible. Develop according to contingencies and backup plans.
- Review projects after implementation with the project teams and use the learnings on an ongoing base and across countries to improve processes for the active & new project
- Preparation of packaging artworks and their corrections
- Making sure that the legislation texts on the packaging are correct and up-to-date (legislation requirements, factory requests, procurement instructions)
- Processing the print of all packaging types with the selected printers
- Administration of technical drawings and packaging specifications
- Preparation and responsibility for projects’ time plans
- Internal communication with all the stakeholders involved (other departments, factories)
- Communication with the partner regarding legislative texts on the packaging, communicated product benefits, project planning, packaging design
- Internal rules and processes compliance.
You are the right fit, if you have
- Higher professional education or university degree
- Depending on level (junior/senior) work experience in a similar function in preferably a FMCG company
- Good communication skills (both verbally as written) in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel. Powerpoint)
- Work in a complex (matrix) organization
- Communicating with both internal and external parties
- Cope with changing project settings and planning
- Client and result oriented
- Organized, flexible and cooperative team member
