We are looking for an Exhibition and Event Organizer, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Full organization of exhibitions and professional events from planning to execution
- Project management: planning timelines and milestones, preparing and tracking budgets
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
- Coordination of exhibition materials (print and digital)
- On-site presence and coordination as a stand manager: team leadership, scheduling
- Organization of travel, accommodations, dinners, and other logistics
- Problem-solving and quick response to unforeseen situations
You are the right fit, if you have
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in exhibition or event organization
- Confident English skills in both spoken and written form (essential for daily tasks)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and stress tolerance
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
