We are looking for a Head HSE & Sustainability who would like to join our international team.

Duties and responsabilities
- Defining and implementing group-wide HSE standards and strengthening a behavior-based safety culture
- Managing the group HSE audit program and incident investigation methodology
- Driving process safety and ATEX management across manufacturing sites
- Safeguarding the independent right to stop production when safety is at risk
- Leading sustainability, carbon, water and ESG reporting activities and targets
- Supporting the development and operation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Driving energy-efficiency initiatives in close cooperation with Engineering
- Coordinating the group’s safety, environmental and energy specialists
- Partnering with Engineering, Quality, HR, Operations, Plant Managers, regulators and executive stakeholders
- Supporting a consistent and effective approach to HSE and sustainability across PPF’s 11 sites
You are the right fit if you have
- A degree in HSE, Engineering or a related field, NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification
- At least 10 years of HSE leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of process safety, ATEX and HAZOP
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage
- Knowledge of ESG reporting, with awareness of CSRD and GRI requirements
- Experience within the food industry or a related regulatory environment is an advantage
- Strong integrity and the confidence to maintain an independent position on safety matters
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- A structured, systems-thinking approach and the ability to remain calm in critical situations
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel approximately 40-50 % of the time and work in both office and production environments
