We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, who would like to be part of our international team.

Duties and responsabilities
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for an assigned country portfolio (BNL & France)
- Monitoring receivables, supporting cash collection activities, and reducing overdue balances
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Handling claims, disputes and account reconciliations
- Supporting credit management, cash forecasting and order release processes
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to standardization initiatives
- Providing guidance, support and knowledge sharing within the AR team
- Participating in projects and continuous improvement activities across the Order-to-Cash process
- Providing support for the factoring process.
You are the right fit if you have
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance within an international environment
- Strong understanding of credit management, collections and dispute resolution processes
- Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Customer-focused and proactive mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Additional European language skills are an advantage
