We are looking for an IT Application Analyst, who would like to be part of our international team.
In this role, you will support and maintain business-critical applications, primarily focusing on ERP and related systems, while working closely with business users across multiple countries.

Duties and responsabilities
- Provide first-line support for business applications and end users
- Manage and track incidents and change requests in the service desk system
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and users
- Support ERP systems and related business applications (e.g., Navision, Infor M3, EDI, Medius, Transporeon, BestMix)
- Participate in application implementation projects and system enhancements
- Prepare documentation, test plans, and user training materials
- Support user access management and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvements
- Provide backup support for IT infrastructure when needed
