Manual Tester, Horizon Program (Transformation Office)
We are looking for a Manual Tester who would like to be part of our international team.
The Manual Tester will play a key role in ensuring the success of a large-scale digital transformation program at PPF, focused on adopting and developing new business software solutions particularly the implementation of the Infor M3 ERP system.
Responsibilities include planning, executing, coordinating, and documenting test activities throughout the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-rollout support across multiple company locations.
Duties and responsabilities
- Analyze and validate requirements; design, plan, execute, and report on test activities across all testing phases, including requirements, functional, integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the preparation and execution of test cases and scenarios. Collect and consolidate test results from internal business and technical teams, as well as external vendors.
- Ensure all testing activities are traceable to defined business requirements and design elements, enabling risk-based prioritization of execution, reporting, and defect handling.
- Administer test cases, execution plans, results, and defects using the test management tool. Support root cause analysis, defect prioritization, and resolution tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date progress and coverage reports, test metrics, and KPI dashboards to assess release readiness.
- Contribute to the development of a project-independent, company-wide QA strategy, standards, and processes. Promote and support continuous process improvement.
You are the right fit if you have
- 5+ years of experience in testing within large, complex programs—ideally involving ERP or enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of QA principles, defect lifecycles, and test methodologies
- Hands-on experience managing test artifacts using tools such as Jira, XRay, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with a focus on traceability, test coverage, and risk mitigation
- Experience working in hybrid delivery environments (Agile and Waterfall), ideally with iterative delivery cycles and fixed project milestones
- Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders and vendors in an international setting
- ISTQB or equivalent certification
- Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with integration, data migration, or cloud-based ERP components
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps
