We are looking for a Jr. Key Account Manager, who would like to be part of our international team.

The primary responsibility of a Junior Key Account Manager is to manage and grow strategic relationships with key retail and distribution partners in the FMCG sector. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing joint business plans that align with the company’s objectives.

Duties and responsabilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by optimizing listings, pricing, and promotional strategies; sales development volume of existing and new private label products in accordance with the Partner demand in a close cooperation with the partner and the internal team; successful tender management
  • Business Planning: Lead annual business planning with key accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and promotional planning.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional support to ensure mutual business growth
  • Supporting Senior KAM: supporting Senior KAM in the daily management of customer relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of negotiations and participate in client meetings.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and in-store merchandising with partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Market Intelligence: Track market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategy.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) generating insights and action plans to maximize performance.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and retail partners.
  • Inventory & Supply Coordination: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure proper stock levels and minimize out-of-stock risks.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor in order to reach sales targets.

You are the right fit if you have

  • University degree, ideally in Economics, Business, or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and at least 1 year in key account management
  • High computer literacy, including experience with integrated systems
  • Strong market knowledge and awareness of current trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
  • Reliable, precise, and capable of working independently
  • Strong goal orientation and results-driven mindset
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in English at a negotiation level
