We are looking for a Group Supply Chain Controller, who would like to be part of our international team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring transparency over our downstream distribution costs, from shuttle cost, country warehousing & network to customer distribution
- Establishing a Performance oriented framework leveraging a unified, standard set of distribution-based effectiveness and efficiency indicators
- Measuring the performance and costs relevance of our Distribution network, along with Service targets
- Pilot, optimize Inventory (FG) vol. /Val. stock coverage.
- Assisting with development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with the strategy
- Monitoring of other key performance indicators (e.g. service levels, quality of forecasts, headcount/productivity) in coordination with departments in charge;
- Producing monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively;
- Analyzing the gaps, check data consistency, challenge results, identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions needed to keep budget’s targets;
- Following up on the financial impact of key initiatives / projects and evaluate the results;
- Enhance productivity/saving project discussion, lead the process of project collection, monthly calls and budgeting
Projects:
- Participating in ad hoc projects as per the request of line manager
Budgeting:
- Preparation of the different budget templates concerning the Operations Controlling with the main focus on warehouse and transport cost
- Instructing and supporting the different teams with the budget process
- Collecting and consolidating the received templates
Other tasks & responsibilities:
- Fulfilling ad hoc requests from line manager & Supply chain director
- Ad hoc support for ExCo members concerning reporting and benchmarking
- Back up person for activities in the Controlling team
You are the right fit, if you have
- College/University Degree in the field of Finance or Economics
- At least 8-10 years experience in Finance/Controlling preferred in Supply chain/Logistics Controlling & feed and food industry
- Accurate, good eye for details, good analytical skills, good level of English knowledge both in verbal and written
- Good team player, Informal, Communicative, self-starter, Result driven, action oriented
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support senior colleagues Strong command of English, both written and oral
