Kollmax, established in 2005, in Pécs, Hungary, has a long history of producing high quality pet food snacks for Hungarian and European customers, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, discounters and specialty pet food retailers. Kollmax is highly complementary to PPF, given its geographical presence and strong growth prospects in the snack category, and fully reflects PPF’s strategy to further expand its business and develop product offerings in all categories.
This transaction follows PPF’s recent acquisition of Doggy, a leading Swedish pet food manufacturer, in September 2020, and the acquisition of Landini Giuntini in Italy in January 2021 and last year’s acquisition of Mispol and Werblinski in Poland.

Partner in Pet Food (‘PPF’), a leading European pet food manufacturer, announces that it has reached an agreement with Mr. Tamás Hölbling, founder and owner of Kollmax Kft.
