Site HR Business Partner
Dombóvár and Pécs, Hungary
You will be responsible for:
Engagement
• Set up and operate HR processes covering the entire employee journey
• Act as an internal consultant and business partner on all employment issues, to the PPF HU & SEE HR Manager and Site Leaders
• Drive and manage all kind of HR projects – full responsibility of site HR Engagement Plan
HR compliance
• Counsel managers and employees on HR company policies
• Responsible for local policies and procedures; ensure that the HR operation is legally compliant
HR reporting
• HR Controlling – budgeting
• Managing FTE process
Compensation and benefit
• Set up a local benefit plan and benchmarking process
• Process the company wide benefit programs
Recruitment
• Manage the white-collar staff recruitment process
L&D
• Coordinate and implement training and development program and processes accordingly to the PPF Group policies
• Coach the mid-level and senior site management on HR related topics
• Ensure succession planning
You are the right fit, if you have:
• Minimum 5 years' HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience gained at a multinational production environment
• FMCG experience is a plus
• An up-to-date knowledge of the current HU Labour Code
• Negotiation level of English
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• High level of customer service
• Self-starter, proactive personality, with a strong time management ability
• Openness to focus on various tasks and projects at the same time
• Flexible, energetic personality
