SALES Manager SEE

Budaörs, Hungary

We are looking for a new colleague for the open position below who wants to participate in the dynamic development of our company, contributes to the performance of our vibrant sales team and helps us to deploy our mission.

You will be responsible for:

• Working on reaching the budget plans (quantity, NSV, profit) related to the dedicated partners in the SEE region (HR, SLO)
• Company brand’s (Shelma, Prevital, Reno) representation according to 4P. Increasing of company share, benchmarking
• Marketing and trade marketing actions according to the company plans
• Cover all relevant sales channels, retail, pet specialists, e-commerce
• Continuous negotiations with partners
• Development of existing and new private label (commercial brand) products in accordance to the Partner demand in a close cooperation with the partner and the marketing
• Manage the sales coordinator function
• Continuous search for saving opportunities
• Tracking of orders and shipments, working close with customer service
• Monitoring of the competitors
• Price tracking on the market
• Analytical preparation of customer meetings
• Analyzing growth opportunities in the markets, reasons for wins/ losses (vs. competitors), progress of opportunities in relation to sales and NPD
• Monitoring of receivables
• SKU forecast
• Partner store visits, tailor made promotions; top performing sales activities and competitive advantage of sales and products

You are the right fit, if you have:

• At least college degree preferably in economics
• At least 7-10 years’ relevant experience as a KAM
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales in retail sector
• At least 3-5 years’ brand management experience at a market leading FMCG companies
• Native Croatian language knowledge
• Understanding the HR and SLO market
• Negotiation level in English
• Hungarian language knowledge is a plus
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability for team work and working independently too
• Good presentation skill
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Flexibility
• Goal oriented
• Analytical skills
