Procurement Digitalisation Manager

The Procurement Digitalization Manager ensures an effective data road map is being developed, implemented and maintained for the Raw and Package Materials. Ensures also a process definition and implementation of a continues improvement on available data quality and acts as Procurement stakeholder in mid-term group level ERP implementation.
You will be responsible for:
• Create and implements an effective master data concept for Raw and Pack Materials
• Defines and maintains relevant KPIs to ensure high-quality master data
• Defines and implements stock management principles
• Defines and implements call-off best practices across PPF in close cooperation with plant materials management functions
• Defines and implements processes to ensure management processes are fully integrated into the overall Supply Chain processes
• Defines and implement improvements to reduce cost and working capital and increase the overall effectiveness
• Works in close cooperation with Controlling that all reporting requirements are enabled and being fulfilled
• Defines a process and system for digitalized procurement know-how management (reports, know-how files, etc.)
• Works with buyers and service solution providers to enable web-based supplier selection
• Participates in future ERP implementation projects representing Procurement requirements
• Dependent on workload the person in the position supports sourcing initiatives on a project basis.

You are the right fit, if you have:
• Higher professional education (economic or administrative)
• Minimum 8 years experience in the feed of food industry
• Process experience in the food or feed industry
• Lean process experience
• Master Data experience
• Project management experience
• Good English language skills
• Analytical and technical affinity
• Understanding the role of purchasing in the business environment
• Can differentiate data from information
• Results-driven and action-oriented mindset
• Wide ERP system knowledge is a plus
