Market Supply Planner – French market

Local Market Supply Planner is responsible for the supply chain management process in order to provide forecast to ensure the right level on time in full customer service. The role is a crossfunctional position which collaborates with sales, PDM, CS and having external customer communication too.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Maintain MSP planning details (MTS, MTO, demand time fence) in RapidResponse
• Maintain statistical forecast prerequisites on a regular basis and weekly promo details
• Update Forecast in RapidResponse as based on Sales input
• Follow actuals and reflect changes in the forecast accordingly
• Execute item status changes
• Control Excess stock and Obsolete
• Have regular connections with sales and cover short and long-term forecast changes, having special attention to promotions
• Highlight demand outliers for sales and drive the discussion to come to a realistic short and long-term forecast
• Check Sales input data in RapidResponse and validate/overwrite if needed
• Collaborate with MPP on a weekly level to understand production details and product availability
• Execute local market portfolio analysis and follow the guidence of PDM and Category Planner
• Follow the IBP process and lead Local Demand Review Meeting
• Provide SCH reason code for CSL analysis
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning
• Working in the FMCG sector
• Advanced English language skills
• Confidently usage of Excel
• Result- and task-oriented, accuracy
• Happy to consult or negotiate with colleagues, dare to ask questions and your written communication skills are ready to use
• Adapts easily to changes
